06/12/11 - 06/25/11

06/12/11 - Aubrey had her camera ready. Cooper rolled from back to front for the first time. Video to come!

06/13/11 - Notice the band-aids? This was the day of Cooper's 4-month check-up. It was a good visit. He weighed in at 14 lbs. One of the questions the nurse asked us when checking on what he could and couldn't do was if he could bring his hands together. As she asked us, he had his hands together like above, passing with flying colors!

06/15/11 - If you look very closely, you can see Cooper's first tooth poking through his bottom gums! He's had his fingers in his mouth quite a bit, but we didn't know there was a tooth really coming this early. He's been so smiley and happy lately, it didn't seem to bother him too much.

06/16/11 - Aubrey's always entertaining Cooper, and Cooper's always watching her.

06/17/11 - Being silly!

06/18/11 - I let the professional photographers take over for the day.

06/19/11 - Father's Day!

06/20/11 - Cooper does not want to be on his back anymore!

06/21/11 - Cooper's starting to hold and grasp things. He's also working on another tooth!

06/22/11 - He fell asleep while we were eating dinner. It must have been a busy day at school!

06/23/11 - Pretty soon he'll be scooting after that fire truck.

06/24/11 - I love my snuggle time!

06/25/11 - It seems that Aubrey is in her bathing suit everyday. Between swim lessons, water days at school, and helping daddy wash the cars, she's always has an excuse to stay cool during this brutally hot summer.

06/06/11 - I broke out my running shoes and started bootcamp again. The last time I did this was almost a year ago, when I found out I was pregnant. The first day was pretty tough.

06/07/11 - Aubrey started swimming lessons. She's doing them one-on-one with one of the lifeguards at our neighborhood pool. She was a little nervous at first but is doing great and looking forward to being able to swim on her own!

06/11/11 - My 32nd birthday turned out to be great one! Matt planned a surprise dinner and painting party for me and some of my friends. I had no idea about about any of it, and he did a great job planning all the details from the wine and cake to picking out the fleur de lis painting that we all did.

We're still here. It's been a busy month getting into the routing of being back to work, and I'm doing my best to keep up with this photo challenge I gave myself. I don't feel like I'm improving my photography skills much, but am grateful for the excuse to snap a few pictures every day. Thank goodness for iPhone cameras, too!

Belly Laughs

Cooper laughed at me last night. This is me trying to get him to do it again. Excuse all my noises and my own laughter, but it worked. I got a few belly laughs (mixed in with the hiccups) out of him!
