I have ton of pictures from March and April and just haven't had enough time to sit down and go through them all and create some posts, so here's the condensed version of what we've been up to...
We spent one Saturday at the rodeo. We did the Fun on the Farm, ate some BBQ, saw some animals and walked through the shopping area. At the rodeo, Aubrey decided that she REALLY wanted some pink cowgirl boots. (She has since gotten a pair.)
For Matt's Spring Break, we went to Louisiana to visit and meet my new nephew, Evan. Here are all of the cousins!
While we were there, we took a trip to Storyland and the Sculpture Garden in City Park.
We went to our annual neighborhood Easter Egg hunt complete with pony rides and a train ride.
We had a fun, but busy long Easter Weekend. On Friday, we went to the zoo. We saw the animals, rode the carousel, and even rode the train.
On Saturday afternoon, we went looking for bluebonnets. We drove through Chapel Hill, Independence, and Brenham and visited a lavendar farm. We didn't see as many as I thought we would on the drive, but we did find a field on our way home full of bluebonnets and got some great pictures.
The Easter Bunny came to our house and left some candy and treats for the kids. We also dyed Easter eggs that morning and had an Easter Egg hunt with our friend, Ryan.
