On Monday we took our 2nd trip to the Houston Zoo. We learned 2 lessons: 1) We will only go to the zoo first thing in the morning from now on. (We didn't really plan on going, just sort of decided that morning to go, so we didn't get there until almost noon). 2) We will never go to the zoo on Labor Day again - it was hot and crowded. (You can probably tell from my pictures and the lack of them. We did see more than 2 animals, though!)
